By accessing or using the AI Calling Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Description of Service
Our platform provides artificial intelligence-driven automated telephony services, including voice agents for inbound and outbound calls. You acknowledge that AI technology is probabilistic and we do not guarantee 100% accuracy in transcriptions, voice synthesis, or conversational logic.
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to use the service to:
- Violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or any other telemarketing and wiretapping laws.
- Make unsolicited calls (spam or robocalling) without proper consent.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation.
- Transmit any illegal, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
- Attempt to bypass our security measures or scrape our platform data.
4. Billing and Credits
Services are billed on a subscription and usage (per-minute) basis. You must provide a valid payment method. All usage charges are final and deducted from your prepaid balance or billed at the end of the billing cycle. It is your responsibility to monitor your API usage and minute consumption.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the AI Calling Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
