To provide our AI calling services, we collect and process several categories of data:

• Account Data: Name, email address, billing information, and company details.
• Communications Data: Call audio recordings, phone numbers, call metadata (duration, timestamps), and AI-generated transcripts.
• Usage Data: How you interact with our dashboard, IP addresses, browser types, and log files.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data exclusively to deliver, maintain, and improve our services. Audio recordings and transcripts are processed in real-time to facilitate the AI interaction and stored only if you have enabled recording in your dashboard settings. We use account data to manage billing and communicate important system updates.

3. Data Sharing and Processors

We do not sell your data. We share data only with trusted third-party sub-processors required to operate the service, including:

• Telephony providers (e.g., Twilio) for SIP trunking and routing.
• Language Model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) for generating conversational responses. Note: Our agreements with these providers prohibit them from using your call data to train their foundational models.
• Payment processors (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe) for handling secure transactions.

4. Compliance and Consent

You are strictly responsible for obtaining necessary consents from call recipients in compliance with local regulations (such as GDPR, CCPA, TCPA, and two-party consent recording laws). Our platform provides tools to play legally required announcements (e.g., "This call is being recorded"), but compliance remains your liability.

5. Security and Retention

We implement industry-standard encryption (TLS for transit, AES-256 for storage) to protect your data. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for a configurable period in your dashboard, after which they are permanently deleted from our servers.
