1. General Policy

Due to the hard costs associated with telephony interconnects, telecom carriers, and advanced LLM API processing, our refund policy is strictly enforced. We aim to be fully transparent about when refunds can be issued.

2. Subscription Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your initial subscription payment, provided you have used less than 100 AI calling minutes. If these conditions are met, you can contact our support team to request a full refund of the base subscription cost.

Subsequent monthly renewals are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing, and you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle.

3. Usage Credits Refunds

Prepaid usage credits (for telephony minutes, specific AI models, or SMS) are strictly non-refundable. These funds are allocated to our upstream providers. Unused credits will roll over as long as your account remains active.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have a billing issue, please contact us first. Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes filed without attempting to resolve the issue with our support team will result in immediate suspension of your account and related phone numbers, and we may report the incident to payment gateways.
